It is important to note that Atlantic Mergers and Acquisitions and the OpnRoad Network members are not Chartered Business Valuators (CBV). Rather we conduct a thorough review and prepare our MVA which is a Most Probable Selling Price review. It’s important to note that the Most Probable Selling Price is an estimate, and actual sale prices can differ substantially depending on the type of buyer (e.g. strategic buyer v. owner operators), and can be influenced by negotiations, market fluctuations, and other variables. The goal is to arrive at a price that reflects a most probable selling price of the business based on the available information and prevailing market conditions.
